ENTRA Rapperswil - An interview with Céline

ENTRA in Rapperswil opened in spring 2022 and quickly became the leading event location in the region. We have been a proud premium catering partner for nine months. In this interview, Céline Bagdasarianz, Head of Events at ENTRA, looks back on our successes and into the future.

 

Céline, you are now in your second year with ENTRA. What has been your personal highlight so far?

It's not so much a single event that excites me, but rather the opportunity to make the most of the versatility and charm of our location day after day. During each event planning phase, we develop new concepts and creative approaches together with proven partners who provide us with essential support. The positive feedback from our guests confirms that we are on the right track.

 

You are the top dog when it comes to event locations in the greater Rapperswil area. Why is that?

Nice, you said that. That's certainly the case when it comes to business locations. :-) In contrast to us, many other locations in the region are so-called experience locations. ENTRA offers an incomparable combination of modern infrastructure, an exclusive location and a highly flexible room concept for up to 1,000 guests. Our dedicated team and various partnerships complement this USP.

 

What makes the partnership between dine&shine and ENTRA so special?

Both dine&shine and ENTRA can count on a team with many years of experience and a large network. Although dine&shine has recently reorganized itself and ENTRA only opened two years ago, we share a fresh and dynamic approach. We also share a focus on the highest quality and customer-oriented service. And we both love innovative and unique formats!

 

How do customers at ENTRA benefit when dine&shine takes over the catering?

Event organizers can sit back and relax when dine&shine cater. As catering professionals, you offer delicious creations in sufficient quantities (important! :D), beautifully presented and served by friendly, efficient staff. That may sound like run-of-the-mill expectations - but you fulfill them perfectly.What I find particularly impressive is how you bring messages or themes to life through creative food staging. But this requires courageous customers! I wish more customers had this courage, as catering is an essential part of every event and contributes significantly to lasting impressions. Why not make even better use of this communication opportunity?

 

What basis does ENTRA offer for meeting current food trends and diverse customer requirements?

As dine&shine, ENTRA offers you the ideal platform to fully utilize your versatility and respond to current food trends and diverse customer requirements. Our state-of-the-art gastro kitchen enables the fresh preparation of up to 500 gala menus, while the flexible room concept is also suitable for large flying dinners. In addition, the spacious foyer, the terrace and the Pärkli offer ideal conditions for live cooking stations and the like. This comprehensive infrastructure makes it possible to create imaginative and tailor-made culinary experiences, whether for fusion cuisine, fine dining events, food sharing, fast casual, food trucks and so on.

 

What visions are you pursuing with ENTRA over the next three years?

We want to motivate, encourage, refresh and inspire people! As a location, we offer the framework and the spaces to create sustainable experiences. These are the best conditions for committed event organizers to focus fully on effective content. There is still a lot of room for improvement, especially when it comes to multimedia content. We want to continue to support existing and potential customers who share our passion for innovative event formats. In this way, we can implement successful events together and fully exploit the potential of our state-of-the-art location.
