Immerse yourself in a world full of crackling excitement, acrobatics and enjoyment. From September 14 to October 22, 2017, Gregory Knee's production "Ohlala" made a guest appearance at the Air Force Center in Dübendorf. And the seventh edition under the motto "#7senses" was also a hot affair. On a total of 31 evenings, we spoiled our guests before the show with a 3-course menu in the dinner tent and creative aperitifs in the various lounges.
While the artists were preparing for their performance, our 4-person kitchen team was already in top form. They conjured up a four-part starter creation that whetted the appetite for more: a wild mushroom shot with an autumn roll, an autumnal market salad, a marinated vegetable salad and a small vitello tonato. The main course was a tender entrecôte with a bitok (meatball), served with a potato and celery mousseline with blue potato chips and fresh market vegetables. The menu was crowned with a homemade chocolate fig cake with vanilla ice cream and caramelized pumpkin seeds.
