That's right, a pop-up restaurant in the middle of Zurich's posh district with 3-course menus ranging from five to eight francs. Drinks were also available at an unbeatable price. Before Lidl Switzerland moved into the former Fraumünsterpost with its 116th branch, the pop-up restaurant d'Poscht opened its doors there for five days. René Schudel and Lidl Switzerland were responsible for designing the menus. All the products used came from Lidl Switzerland. dine&shine was responsible for preparing the menus, service, logistics, the entire kitchen organization and purchasing. Gruber & Ianeselli were responsible for the conception of the event. The menu included two meat menus with organic pasture-raised beef with potatoes or homemade brasato ravioli. Vegetarian alternative: tagliatelle with a lemon cream sauce.
