Schiffbau

The Schiffbau work and production center has been part of the Schauspielhaus Zürich since 2000. The listed industrial hall, where ships were built until the 1980s, now houses two venues: the Schiffbau-Halle and the Box. It also houses four rehearsal stages as well as the theater's studios and workshops. The Schiffbau is an exceptional venue with industrial charm and state-of-the-art infrastructure. In a prime location in the west of Zurich, it offers an exclusive ambience for events large and small.

The light-flooded foyer with its industrial character is ideal for events with stand-up aperitifs or stand-up dinners. Equipped with a bar, various seating options and a large checkroom, it is also the ideal space for receptions, registration or catering if you are holding an event in the hall or box.
