The challenge: to delight the predominantly male guests with a great catering offer late on a Friday afternoon after a specialist conference. How did we do it? Under the motto "The four elements", the insurance experts from a damage restoration company were not called out to deal with a burst water pipe for once. Instead, they were delighted by our home-made sausages, freshly caught trout and meat specialties and treated themselves to a sip of our home-distilled gentian schnapps at the Moonshine Bar. A hand-wheel-driven slicing machine, drinks served on mini wooden pallets and light and airy desserts underlined the motto.
