A welcome drink that was more than just a drink—a misty green meadow in a glass. Fresh and visually enhanced with dry ice—the first taste of Ireland.
The culinary concept focused on clear, distinctive accents:
Served flying: Small Guinness meets Bangers in Bread, rack of lamb with whiskey jus & vegan Irish stew.
Live station: Freshly ground beef tartare, salmon on a potato waffle & berry variations in a nitrogen mist.
Desserts: Irish cream cheesecake, Guinness chocolate pudding & Irish coffee
The service became part of the experience: attentive, present, and dressed to the occasion—with a keen sense of rhythm, timing, and the guests.
