McLaren made a strong statement with the opening of its new location in Zurich Opfikon - not only in terms of sports cars, but also at the event itself. 160 invited VIP guests were treated to an experience that elegantly combined design, dynamism and indulgence.
A specially created spicy papaya mule was served at the start - fruity and spicy, with recognition value. In culinary terms, the flying food concept offered a journey through classics and creative reinterpretations: three different mini wraps, tuna tataki, chicken teriyaki, vegan carrot tartare and, of course, the popular beef tartare. Highlights such as fish & chips 2.0 or boiled beef in modern form rounded off the offer - served on a wooden board, from mini bowls or directly from the sushi trolley.
Between indoor and outdoor vehicle presentations, guests feasted in style before a passion fruit panna cotta with papaya was served as a sweet finale to the welcome drink.
An evening all about precision, performance and fine taste - typical McLaren (or dine&shine).
