The striking commercial building with its spiral-shaped "Cocoon" structure is located in the lower Seefeld area near Tiefenbrunnen station. It is perfectly integrated into the landscape. Surrounded by old trees, the front offers an excellent view of the lake and the mountains. The building was designed by Camenzind Evolution and won the RIBA International Award in 2009. For a short time, the office building was converted into an event location and restaurant. We still look back on this very special time with pride: from October 15 to December 19, 2015, we were able to give free rein to our creativity and breathe new life into the "Cocoon". The result: a futuristic pop-up restaurant with a floor space of 1,100m2 that comfortably accommodated around 150 guests.
