The evening begins in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, with a nod to tradition featuring Obazda cheese and pretzels. Along the way, as guests mingle, small culinary highlights are served on the fly: mini beef burgers, sushi, and fried cheese balls.
As dinner begins, the space opens up to a multitude of worlds—each food station a chapter of its own. In the “Oktoberfest area,” there are white sausages and robust Alpenmax beer. The journey continues to the “Carnival of Brazil” with flank steak and to “Midsummer” with marinated salmon. For “Chinese New Year,” chicken is served in a pancake coating.
The finale is pure spectacle: at “Sweet Freestyle,” the table becomes a stage—a sweet conclusion that leaves nothing to be desired.
