dine&shine has been organizing the annual opening show of Auto Zürich for several years. In 2016, 5,000 guests celebrated the event's milestone birthday at a gala evening in the seven halls of Messe Zürich. The almost 350 service and kitchen staff made the guests feel a thousand smiles. Elegant starter buffets offered three different snack compositions, served on mirrors and engraved product descriptions. Flying main courses and a sugar-sweet dessert creation by world champion patissier Rolf Mürner crowned the evening - stylishly served on picture frames.
