Organizing a trade fair party where the number of guests varies between 300 and 700 people: We were faced with this challenge at Suisse EMEX 2015 - an opportunity for us to be creative. Our solution: the popular bratwurst, which is ideal for an exhibitor party, was spiced up: at the "sauce station", visitors could paint their sausage however they liked. Instead of classic mustard or ketchup, there were six colored sauces - from yellow mango wasabi mustard to green herb relish and purple blueberry chutney. A delight for all the senses. Since then, the lovingly named "Color your sausage" concept has been a hit at company events.
