We have hosted the annual Auto Zürich opening show for several years now.
In October 2019, 3500 guests dined at a gala evening in the seven halls of Messe Zürich. Around 270 dine&shine employees in the service and kitchen took care of the guests' physical well-being. The starters, from classic beef tartare to hearty little "Chüechli", were served "on the fly".
The main course was also served on the fly: braised and BBQ-flavored beef brisket with herb risotto and popcorn. As a vegetarian option, we served a ravioli filled with pumpkin and ricotta with cream and parsley oil.
A sugar-sweet dessert creation from Mini Cube with crème brulée and wild berries and a selection of truffles and mini tartelettes topped off the evening - stylishly served on picture frames.
