Gleich dreierlei Höhenflüge erlebten die Gäste eines Kundenanlasses am linken Zürichseeufer: kulinarisch, akrobatisch und musikalisch.
The 120 or so guests were welcomed by Janine Eggenberger, the well-known Zurich aerialist, with a glass of champagne. Served from a lofty height, of course, in keeping with the occasion.
From the largest aperitif platter to mini cupcakes
Five individually designed street food stands awaited the guests. Each with its own specially developed F&B concept. It all started with the largest aperitif platter in Switzerland. During the main course, guests could help themselves to the street food stands as they pleased: Loaded waffles with pork, homemade porcini mushroom tagliatelle and various baos (stuffed dumplings). American hot dogs were served from the vendor's tray.
Dessert was also served on the fly: Apple sorbet, colorful mini cupcakes and ricotta cream with candied oranges and tiki.
Airy show interlude
In addition to the culinary delights, aerial acrobat Janine Eggenberger and her colleague created a great atmosphere. The acrobatics were accompanied by music from cellist Liz Schneider.
