The event was intended to be down-to-earth and elegant at the same time. The down-to-earth part was covered by a colorful Chilbi world in front of Hall 622, which welcomed around 950 guests in the afternoon.
Raclette, fish & chips (with a specially created dine&shine special sauce), mini sausages on a stick, stomach bread, roasted almonds and popcorn were of course available at various market stalls. Just as little as popular Chilb games, such as "Hau den Lukas". Drinks were available in several ice tubs in the Chilbi area.
Yellow is the trump card In the evening, the 4-course gala dinner in the large event hall was elegant. The color yellow was used in the dishes to match the client's logo. It started with a yellow carrot soup, followed by a smoked char with pane carasau and chervil dip, served with yellow peperoncino cream and a small herb salad. The main course consisted of an oven-cooked loin of pasture-fed veal with pink pepper sauce, potato and celery mash and oven vegetables. The vegetarian option was served with a quinoa patty. The crowning glory was a chocolate mousse with espresso sauce and raspberries.
