The «VersuchsStollen Hagerbach» in the Alvier Massif (SG) was founded in 1970 as a research and development facility for tunnel construction. The tunnel is still used as a training camp and research laboratory for specialists from all over the world. In addition, nine rooms serve as spectacular and exciting locations for various types of events such as guided tours, blasting demonstrations, aperitifs in the rustic tunnel and gala dinners.
