When one of Switzerland's largest banks organizes a management conference in the Umwelt Arena and commissions a creative agency with the catering, guests shouldn't be surprised if there is suddenly a giant tree in the location. A culinary journey of discovery through the four themed worlds and a constant change of ambience throughout the day with perfectly coordinated catering - that was the challenge. For the "Forest and Meadow" scenario, we served edible soil on a grass plateau from which mini vegetables sprouted, goat's cheese and bee honey presented on real wooden slices or mini burgers as finger food from the wooden plateau. Delicate champagne gelée with the scent of peaches was served from the LED light tray for "City by night". Whether "Forest and meadow", "City by day" and "City by night" or "Sea" - we offered a creative concept across the board.
