From March 8 to 18, 2018, the Geneva Motor Show attracted car fans from all over the world to the city in western Switzerland, often referred to as the "smallest metropolis in the world", for the
88th time.
We have been responsible for the trade fair catering in the VIP area of the car manufacturer Audi for six years. 2018 was the first time that we started our work on the two press days before the official opening to the public.
Due to a concept change on the part of our customer, we implemented a new catering concept and stand design - the result: a modern bistro with 60 seats. Guests were able to choose from an exclusive bistro menu with starters, main courses and desserts.
We catered for a total of 500 guests on the two press days and 1,200 guests on the following eight public days. We served around 3,145 meals. In addition, there were various side
events during the public days with 40 to 100 people.
We handled both the kitchen and the logistics on site. This allowed us to spoil our guests with freshly prepared dishes. A six-strong core team from dine&shine was on duty for ten days.
