The morning got off to a delightful start with a selection of freshly baked mini croissants. At lunchtime, guests were treated to a casual buffet lunch featuring fresh salads in glasses, followed by a hearty chicken ragout in a mushroom cream sauce with vegetables and mashed potatoes. As a vegetarian alternative, we served eggplant ravioli. During the coffee break, colorful donuts, muffins, and fresh fruit provided a boost of energy between the inspiring presentations.
The grand finale was an “apéro riche” that combined culinary delight with creative presentation. Chips and nuts were playfully plucked straight from the string, while mini croque-monsieurs with truffle cream, crispy tacos served on a large wooden board, and ice-cold gazpacho shots served over dry ice provided surprising moments of indulgence. At the live BBQ station, food was grilled fresh, while right next to it, our chefs prepared steak tartare right in front of the guests. Finally, the homemade sour cream ice cream—made live in a nitrogen kettle—left everyone in awe—a dessert that perfectly combined indulgence and spectacle.
It is precisely these moments that make an event unforgettable: high-quality cuisine, surprising presentations, and true craftsmanship.
