YOUR MAIN TASKS

• General washing up & cleaning work
• Operating the dishwashers, vacuum scrubbing machine, washing machine and tumble dryer
• Cleaning and maintenance work on floors, walls & facilities
• Compliance with hygiene regulations
• Care and maintenance of the machines and materials available
• Restaurant / event / catering / bar operations
• Responsibility for the disposal & waste room
• Carrying out periodically recurring cleaning and tidying work (recorded separately)

 

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Experience in a kitchen office is an advantage
• Oral knowledge of German
• Good knowledge of hygiene
• Independent and reliable way of working
• You are motivated and committed
