Do you want food creations that are not only delicious, but can also be eaten without a guilty conscience? Then we speak exactly the same language.

Sustainability is important to us. Even outside the box. That is why we do not compromise on this issue. We increase animal welfare by using meat from particularly animal-friendly livestock farming (BTS). Or from animals with regular outdoor access (RAUS). We source poultry and eggs exclusively from Switzerland. When it comes to vegetables, we focus on regional and seasonal products. Our chefs love to conjure up vegetarian or vegan delicacies from them. And our CO2 emissions remain low.

The main thing is fair

We source our fish primarily from Swiss lakes and farms. We are also MSC and ASC certified - which is unique in the event catering industry. For us, sustainability is not only about animal welfare and environmental protection, but also about fair trade relations. That's why we use a wide variety of Fairtrade products at dine&shine. On request, our chefs can also use over 100 other Fairtrade products.
