A new chapter at dine&shine

In the ever-growing and changing world of event catering, we at dine&shine are sending an exciting new signal: Eric Niedermeyer, a well-known face in the industry, will be joining us as Managing Director from September 1, 2023. With his broad range of experience, from managing major event caterings to the strategic development of new business areas, Eric is ready to take our company to new heights.

Eric is no stranger to our team - after five successful years at the Park Hyatt Zurich, where he worked his way up from service manager to banquet manager, he was already an integral part of dine&shine. As Senior Project Manager, he was responsible for a wide range of event catering and managed the catering for the Thun Lake Festival as well as important key accounts for dine&shine. In 2018, he moved to Marché, where he led the strategic development of the new "Event and Catering" business area.

Our owner Nicolai Squarra is enthusiastic about Eric's return: "His exceptional expertise in event catering, his excellent network and his high reputation among employees and colleagues will contribute to the successful further development of dine&shine."

With Eric at the helm and Nicolai continuing to provide support, dine&shine will continue its efforts to develop tailor-made catering concepts for a wide range of events. These include corporate events, trade fair and sporting event catering, VIP catering and the development of innovative pop-up restaurant concepts. Our goal remains unchanged: to deliver culinary excellence and innovative catering solutions to our clients throughout Switzerland.
