Who are you?

We are looking for you, a thoroughbred host, to join our team and create unique experiences for our discerning guests. In this exciting position, you will actively lead the team at eye level and ensure flawless communication between service and kitchen; you value daily guest contact. You will receive and seat guests and know how to handle complaints. You have very good manners and the necessary calm in hectic situations. You also have extensive experience as a Chef de Service and are always available to provide valuable support to our project managers.

Your profile:

Professional experience as a Chef de Service is essential
High sense of quality and responsibility as well as flexibility and resilience
Positive personality and a solution-oriented way of thinking
Confident oral communication in German and English
Love, desire and passion to be part of our team
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Your main tasks:

Host from the first to the last customer contact
Realization of events
Responsibility for a smooth service process
Management of the service staff
Complaints management
