What you will do:

  • You will run the Döneramt operationally – from ordering goods to preparation, production, and sales to on-site guest service.
  • You will drive the food truck safely to its location, set it up, operate it, and finally dismantle it, clean it, and maintain the equipment
  • You will keep track of quality, hygiene, regulations, and daily key figures at all times
  • You will work actively in the kitchen, in logistics, and with guests—wherever you are needed
  • You ensure quality, hygiene, and smooth operations
  • You work independently and reliably—even when things get hectic.

What you bring to the table:

  • You have a passion for gastronomy with experience in service or kitchen, have a flair for manual work, and a sense of humor
  • You have experience in the food truck, catering, or street food sector (not a must, but a plus)
  • You have a category B driver's license (BE or trailer test: jackpot!)
  • You are independent, resilient, and willing to take on more than just a little responsibility
  • You speak fluent German, understand Swiss German, and can muddle through
